Click on a date to calculate the price. The house is available for rental starting from 7 nights, with no fixed changeover day. This allows full flexibility for arrival and departure on any day.
Maximum occupancy is 7 persons – max. 4 adults and 3 kids.
Bed linen, towels, electricity are included in the rental price.
Check-in from 4pm and check-out is no later than 11am.
Times can be adjusted in consultation and are subject to availability.
Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
When booking, a downpayment of 35% of the reservation sum is requested, which must be paid within 5 working days. The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay. When booking within the period of 6 weeks, the total reservation sum must be paid immediately.
In case of cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, the downpayment will be withheld. In case of cancellation within the period of 6 weeks, no refund will be made. We therefore always recommend cancellation insurance.
The security deposit (€300) has to be paid 1 week before check-in.
The deposit will be returned to the tenant within one week after departure and inspection.
